This 8 Hr. course meets the current Broker Management and Supervision content to renew a Virginia Broker's license. Topics include: Duties of a Supervising Broker, Current Industry Issues and Trends, Risk Management, and Escrow Requirements.
Open and read the student materials or print and read the student materials then take the course final exam.
You must score a 75% or better to pass the course. You make take the course as frequently as is necessary to pass the exam. Once the exam is passed you will be able to print your certificate and we will submit your course completion to (DPOR) Dept. of Professional Occupation and Regulation/VREB for that date. Also print the Exam Certification Affidavit, have it notarized and file with your Course Completion Certificate.
