Course Description-This is a recently recorded virtual class. The video has been slightly edited to fit a video delivery method. The course student materials (pdf) which are printable are the same as used in the virtual delivery therefore there may be some interaction points that you will not use viewing the video. Upon completion of this course the Property Manager will have a better understanding of the importance of having a Policy and Procedures manual. The course will also discuss important items to include and how to best update and revise in the future.
